Data Deletion Instructions

Inexra is an AI-powered platform that helps businesses manage and analyze customer conversations across connected channels, including Instagram and Facebook accounts you connect through Meta's APIs. This page explains how to delete the data Inexra holds about you, including any data obtained from Facebook and Instagram.

You can delete your data yourself at any time from within the app, or request deletion by contacting us. Both options are described below.

Option 1: Disconnect a connected account

To stop Inexra from accessing your Facebook or Instagram account and to remove the data associated with that connection:

1. Log in to your Inexra account.
2. Go to Settings → Integrations.
3. Find the connected Facebook or Instagram account and select Disconnect.

Disconnecting revokes Inexra's access token for that account and removes the stored connection, along with the messages, profile details, and media synced from it. You can also revoke Inexra's access directly from Facebook under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → Business Integrations.

Option 2: Delete your entire Inexra account

Deleting your account permanently removes all of your data from Inexra, including all data collected from Facebook and Instagram:

1. Log in to your Inexra account.
2. Go to Settings → Account.
3. Select Delete Account and confirm by typing DELETE when prompted.

Once confirmed, we immediately and permanently delete your account and its associated data, cancel any active subscription, and send a confirmation email to the address on file. This action cannot be undone.

Option 3: Request deletion by email

If you are unable to access your account, or you would prefer us to handle the deletion for you, email hello@inexra.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", from the email address associated with your Inexra account, and include the Facebook or Instagram account you connected. We will verify your request and complete the deletion within 30 days, and confirm by email when it is done.

What data is deleted

Deletion removes the personal data Inexra stores about you and your connected accounts, including:

• Your account profile and login credentials
• Connected Facebook and Instagram account details and access tokens
• Messages, conversations, and contact profiles synced from those accounts
• Media, posts, and content you uploaded or published through Inexra
• Analytics, insights, and AI-generated tags derived from your data

We may retain a limited set of records where required for legal, tax, security, or fraud-prevention purposes. Any such records are kept only for as long as required and are then deleted. For more detail on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.
