How are clients counted?+
Each client workspace connects one Instagram account. If you manage more brands, add another workspace (or move up a plan with a higher workspace cap).
What if I need a few more workspaces than my plan includes?+
On Agency Lite (20 workspaces) and Agency (30 workspaces) you can add extra workspaces for $19/mo each — up to 5 extras on Lite and 15 on Agency. Adjust them anytime in Billing. Agency Scale includes unlimited workspaces.
What counts as an InexraAI action?+
An InexraAI action is recorded when InexraAI completes an outbound workflow for you—today that means scheduling or publishing a post through the assistant. Chat, drafts, regenerations, inline reply suggestions, and replies you send yourself never consume your monthly InexraAI actions. Plans limit completed operational actions—not chat, drafts, or inbox volume.
What happens if I run out of InexraAI actions mid-month?+
Scheduling and publishing through InexraAI pause until your next billing cycle or until you top up. Top-ups add +50 actions for $9, never expire, and are used only after your monthly allowance. Drafting, chat, and inline reply suggestions keep working.
Is there a per-message or per-DM volume cap?+
No. Inbox volume is uncapped on every paid tier. AI tagging runs on every incoming DM regardless of how many you receive.
Do team seats cost extra?+
No. Solo, Agency Lite, Agency, and Scale include unlimited team seats — add account managers, agency leads, and read-only client approvers with no per-seat fee.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?+
Yes. Switch any time from your billing settings. If you switch from monthly to annual mid-cycle we credit the unused portion against the annual price.
Is each client’s data isolated?+
Yes — every workspace is a separate tenant at the data layer. Messages, AI context, brand voice, team permissions, pipeline, and reports never cross between clients.
Which platforms are supported today?+
Instagram is live — DMs, comments, and publishing (feed, carousel, reels, stories). Facebook publishing, YouTube, and Twitter/X are next on the 2026 roadmap.
Can I cancel any time?+
Yes. Cancel from billing settings — your plan stays active through the end of the current period. No clawbacks, no exit fees, no support runaround.
