Ask Claude which client needs you today.

Connect Inexra to Claude and it can read every client you manage: their DMs and comments, leads and deals, scheduled and published posts, content plans and reports. Ask the way you'd ask a coworker. The numbers come from the same place your client reports do.

The questions you already ask yourself every morning.

"Which of my clients needs attention today?"

Claude looks across every client at once and ranks them: unanswered DMs, open comments, posts that failed, work that is overdue, posts waiting on the client, and reports nobody opened.

"Who's at risk of not renewing?"

It flags clients who have not opened their last report or have not had one in 45 days, so you hear about it before the renewal call.

"Which posts brought in leads for Bloom Studio last month?"

It traces DMs and comments back to the post they came from and shows which ones turned into deals.

"How did reach and engagement compare to the previous 30 days?"

Exact figures with the last period next to them. If a platform doesn't share a number, Claude says why instead of showing a zero.

"Summarize this client's unanswered DMs and draft replies in their voice."

It reads the client's brand voice first, then prepares replies you can check and send from Inexra.

"What are people asking about in the DMs? Give me post ideas."

It groups recent messages into topics with counts and sentiment, then suggests ideas for the content plan.

Answers you can put in front of a client.

Claude reads from the same code that builds Inexra’s dashboards and reports, so a number it gives you matches the one in the report you send. When a platform doesn’t share a figure, Claude tells you why instead of filling the gap.

Claude does the drafting. You still press send.

If you allow it when you connect, Claude can draft DM and comment replies, add or move deals, create tasks, add ideas to the content plan and start reports. Each one waits in your Workbench review queue, and nothing reaches a client until someone on your team confirms it. Claude can’t publish or schedule posts.

    Ask a question

Name a client and Claude reads from that workspace. If you don’t name one, it uses the client you last had open.

Works in claude.ai, the Claude desktop app and Claude Code. Included in every paid Inexra plan.

It sees what you can see, and nothing more.

  • Claude gets the client workspaces your login can open. A teammate who only handles two clients connects with their own login and sees only those two.
  • Clients with AI switched off in Settings stay out of it.
  • Disconnect from Settings, Connected AI apps, and access stops immediately.

Questions people ask first.

Does it cost extra?
No. It is part of every paid Inexra plan, and questions you ask in Claude do not use your Inexra AI allowance.
Can Claude message my clients?
Not by itself. It can prepare a reply, and the reply waits in Inexra until someone on your team confirms it.
Does it work in Claude Code?
Yes. Run claude mcp add --transport http inexra https://www.inexra.com/api/mcp and sign in when it asks.
Why can't it see one of my clients?
Either AI is switched off for that client or the workspace is not on a paid plan. Ask Claude to list your workspaces and it will tell you which.
